Our practice uses a Patient Health Portal which allows us to communicate with our patients in the most efficient ways. You are able to connect with the providers and staff with your requests, questions, view medical records, and statements all within a seamless portal! We encourage all of our patients to engage with the patient portal as it is the fastest way for our practice to accommodate your needs.

The Health Portal was designed to help with the following services:

Request for Sleep Consultations
Medication Refills
CPAP or BiPAP machine evaluation
Obtain current CPAP or BIPAP supplies prescription
Pay your bill online

Make Sure to Set a Title

After registering, our office will confirm your information and email a User Name and Password to log in (this can take up to 1-2 business days). You are now registered as a patient, but a request has not been submitted. The next step is to submit your request. Select “Messages” then select the “General Questions” and enter your request. ** The option of “Refill Request” is available after you have been seen or had a prescription written through this practice. ** We try to accommodate all requests within 1-3 days

Make Sure to Set a Title

If you have seen Dr. Duhon at his previous practice, we want to welcome you to Texas Sleep Docs. Dr. Duhon joined Texas Sleep Docs in August of 2015 and no longer sees patients at the Westlake location. Please keep in mind that Texas Sleep Docs is a different practice than The Sleep Disorder Center of Central Texas. This means we need his previous patients to register as “new” patient of Texas Sleep Docs so we can have everything up to date. Dr. Duhon has seen many patients in his medical practice and there many requests fulfill. We want to share the guidelines and expectation you can expect from us. Guidelines and expectations

ALLOW 7-10 days to process your requests, however we will make every effort to complete your request as soon as possible. Please take this into consideration when you are starting to run low on medication(s).

Medication refill requests may require an office consultation if you have not been seen by Dr. Duhon in the past 3 months, unless otherwise specified.

Durable Medical Equipment such as CPAP, BiPAP, and supplies prescriptions are valid for one year. Dr. Duhon has a long-standing policy that patients must see him at least once yearly to remain in his care. If you have not seen Dr. Duhon in the last 11 months, please submit a request online to schedule your appointment.
